That's from one of those make-your-own-church-sign sites. Doesn't make it less immature, just makes it a bit more understandable that ONE person would do it, rather than a whole church.
Actually, that makes a world of difference in my mind! One person being sarcastic and humorous is very different than a church publicly disrespecting the Man and the Office which God has set over us.
I didn't even notice the "www.says-it.com/churchsigns/" part of the sign!!! Duh...
