Debi's Not-So-Snooty Buffalo Chicken Dip

This appetizer is quick and easy and never fails to please the guests...especially those of the male variety.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

(2) 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
3/4 c. hot sauce
2 c. cooked chicken breast

Using a food processor, grind the chicken until quite fine. Add cream cheese and hot sauce to processor and blend for several minutes until mixture is smooth and fluffy. You CANNOT over-blend it!

Spread in a 9x13 baking dish and heat at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serve with Fritos and celery sticks.

What do you suggest if one does not have a food processor, other than GET ONE......no room to store it.......?

No suggestions, darling. You must use the processor!! As Woody from Toy Story II would say: "You don't have one...GET ONE!!"

Or borrow mine. ;-)
