Buttery-Garlic Croutons

Thaw 4 Sister Schubert's Rolls.  Then dice into 1/2 inch cubes.

Separate pieces and place on baking sheet.  Bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.  Cubes should be dried out and slightly crisp.

Melt 1/2 c. butter.  Let cool slightly, then pour into ziplock bag.

Add to butter:
1-2 T. minced garlic
2 T. coarse ground salt

Add toasted bread cubes.  Seal.  Shake until all pieces are thoroughly coated.

Bake an additional 40 minutes at 200 degrees.  Croutons should be medium brown and very crisp.
