Today's use of SS rolls is about as easy as it gets.
Hot Ham 'N Cheese Sandwich
Slice SS roll(s) in half.
Spread a thin layer of Hellman's mayonnaise on each piece.
Layer one side with 4-6 pieces of deli-sliced Black Forest ham; layer other side with 2 slices Colby-Jack cheese.
Place open-face on baking sheet. Bake for 5-7 minutes at 350 degrees, then broil on High for an additional 3 minutes, or until cheese is lightly browned and bubbly around the edges.
